This healthy, nutritionally sound approach to weight control helps you to lose weight without "being on a diet."  With our method, you learn to eat properly to lose weight.  Once successful, you learn to eat to retain your normal weight rather than coming off diet pills, fast diets or other fads.  Visual imagery, relaxation and increased self awareness are all used in this pleasant method of weight control which enhances confidence and well being.  The basic program consists of five therapy sessions in the office.  This program will enable you to lose weight by changing your eating habits.  Two or three cassette tapes are included in the program which can be used at home to increase your motivation, balance emotions and change eating behavior  We recommend our basic program for people to get started on their weight loss but longer programs are available for those who have a more serious weight problem.
